Bukedde TV 2 is the second feed of the Luganda-language Bukedde television brand broadcasting from Kampala, Uganda; the two channels share the same owner, the same portal and the same identity, differing only in the stream itself. Behind the brand stands the Bukedde newspaper, which began as a weekly in two languages before becoming a daily and grew into the country's largest-circulating title; its name means Morning Has Come.

The television arm launched in the late 2000s together with a sister radio station, both broadcasting mainly in Luganda. The publisher is the New Vision Group, a media house owned by the Ugandan state together with institutional and private investors, which also runs the country's leading English-language daily and publishes titles in three other local languages. The brand was later added to the DStv pan-African pay-television platform, which carried it far beyond Uganda.

The second feed leans on the brand's lighter side - local entertainment, talk and music in Luganda - and, unlike the first channel, it does not run round the clock, so the feed rests between broadcast stretches.
