NHK WORLD-JAPAN je mezinárodní zpravodajská a informační služba, kterou vytváří japonský veřejnoprávní vysílatel. Ve Francii je kanál dostupný přes satelit a vybrané kabelové platformy a nabízí okno do japonského dění, kultury a společnosti. Program zahrnuje denní zpravodajství o globálním i regionálním vývoji, dokumentární pořady o japonských tradicích, technologiích a přírodě, stejně jako segmenty o kuchyni, cestování a umění.
