TV UFG is a Brazilian public educational television channel based in Goiânia, in the state of Goiás. The primary language of broadcasting is Portuguese. The channel was inaugurated on December 14, 2009, and is operated by the Fundação de Rádio e Televisão Educativa e Cultural (RTVE), a foundation that supports the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) in the areas of broadcasting, communication, education, and culture . The channel's slogan is "A TV dos goianos" (The TV of the people of Goiás) .

TV UFG is an affiliate of TV Brasil and a member of the Rede Pública de Televisão (Public Television Network). It also participates in the RedeIFES network, sharing content with other Brazilian federal universities . The channel broadcasts on digital UHF channel 15 (virtual channel 15.1) in high definition, covering the Goiânia Metropolitan Region and surrounding areas . It is also carried on cable television on NET channel 21 .
