Ananda Barta online television

Ananda Barta is a Bengali-language news channel from India that reports on Purba Bardhaman district in West Bengal and calls itself the number one Bengali news channel of the district. Its evening window is stated openly: news from different parts of Bengal, small and large, runs through the evening, and some programmes go out live beyond their slot. The district itself was formed when the former Bardhaman district was divided in two, with headquarters at Bardhaman - and that district, with the Bengal region around it, forms the channel's core reporting area.

The coverage is district-first. Recent items deal with state politics and the politicians who pass through Bardhaman - Rekha Patra, Suvendu Adhikari, Abhishek Banerjee, Agnimitra Paul - plus reports from Birbhum, a fire at Sealdah station, passengers held in a station lift, local crime and the opening of the Bengal Football League season. Short clips go up through the day, most of them tagged to Bardhaman, so the channel reads like a running diary of one district told in Bengali.

For viewers, Ananda Barta is the local voice of Purba Bardhaman: the kind of newsroom that notices a closed nursery school as quickly as a visiting minister. Watching needs no subscription and no account, so anyone can watch live at any hour, and this TV Online page carries the same signal. If you want to Watch TV Online Free with the Bengali district channel, or stream online when the evening bulletins begin, the India Live Stream keeps Ananda Barta on screen.
