On4 TV was a Turkish television channel whose license was revoked and operations were terminated by the Turkish government on January 22, 2017. The channel was owned by Sivas Dijital Yayıncılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and its closure was executed under Statutory Decree No. 683 issued within the scope of the State of Emergency following the 2016 coup attempt . The official reason cited was alleged support for terrorist organizations or activities against national security .

During its operational period, the channel broadcast from its headquarters located at Kirazlı Mah. 1146. Sk. No: 35 Kat: 4, Bağcılar, Istanbul, Turkey . The channel was known in public opinion as the television channel of the Ja'fari (Caferi) community, and its programming focused on topics relevant to this community . The channel`s responsible manager was Hasan Akaras .

Historical satellite tracking records show that On4 TV was available as a free-to-air service via satellite, allowing viewers to watch live channel broadcasts of its content. In July 2014, the channel began broadcasting on Türksat 4A at 42.0 degrees East . By August 2018, it was transmitting on Türksat 3A at the same orbital position on frequency 12729 MHz with vertical polarization, a symbol rate of 30000, using DVB-S2 transmission and MPEG-4 SD video encoding . However, the most recent satellite data from February 2025 indicates that On4 TV is no longer active on these frequencies, confirming that the channel has permanently ceased all broadcasting activities . As a result, tv online access to this channel is no longer possible.
