WOAI-TV (channel 4), branded as News 4 San Antonio, is the NBC-affiliated television station serving San Antonio, Texas, United States, and the broader San Antonio media market. The station was founded by Southland Industries and first signed on the air on December 11, 1949, making it the first television station in San Antonio and one of the few stations west of the Mississippi River with call letters beginning with "W". It is owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group, one of the largest television broadcasting companies in the country, with its studios located at 4335 NW Loop 410 in San Antonio. WOAI has been an NBC affiliate since its inception in 1949, owing to its former sister radio station's longstanding affiliation with the NBC Red Network, making it one of NBC's longest-tenured affiliates.

The station's digital signal is multiplexed, with 4.1 carrying NBC programming and 4.2 broadcasting Antenna TV.

For audiences seeking a reliable live stream of San Antonio news and NBC programming, WOAI-TV is widely available as a free-to-air service via digital terrestrial television on UHF channel 48 (virtual channel 4.1).
