Oceanside Community Television (KOCT) Community Channel 18 線上電視

KOCT 電視頻道 18 台，全名為 KOCT - Oceanside 社區電視台，是美國加州 Oceanside 市的公共服務頻道。該頻道於 1981 年 10 月 14 日由 Bob Bowditch 創立，他當時發現許多居民無法親自參加市議會會議，因而希望能提供市政會議轉播服務。到了 1984 年，在 Oceanside 市政府的支持下，成立了一個獨立的非營利組織，專責為 Oceanside 及北聖地牙哥縣的居民提供公共、教育與政府（PEG）近用節目服務。
