The station is owned by Dristi Adistana, supported by founders including Jhonson Marzuki, Cristian Hermanto, Kamarul Hidayat, and Djaya Salim. As a dedicated source for online television, Banjar TV operates under the slogan Tivinya Orang Banjar (The Banjar People's TV) and is currently affiliated with the SEA Today network.
