TV3V – La Télévision des Trois Vallées – is the local television channel of the Pays de Niederbronn-les-Bains, in the Northern Vosges of Alsace, France. Named after the Schwarzbach, Zinsel and Falkensteinbach valleys, it broadcasts in French to the thirteen communes of the community of municipalities, from its base in Reichshoffen. The channel's roots go back to 1991, when the local electricity board created the Canal des Vosges du Nord; TV3V succeeded it in 2000, moved to digital widescreen in 2011 and has been fully available on the internet since 2018.
The programming is devoted to local news and community life. The news block Actus 3V covers municipal decisions, events and everyday stories from Niederbronn-les-Bains to Gundershoffen and Mertzwiller, while the magazine program Mag 3V explores the region's associations, heritage and personalities in greater depth. The reports are produced by a small editorial team – journalist-cameramen Rémy Neusch and Lucas Knittel – supported by a network of correspondents from the Télévision des Vosges du Nord association. The channel is conventioned with ARCOM and financed mainly by the community of municipalities of the Pays de Niederbronn-les-Bains.
TV3V is received on cable channel 80 of the Régie network in Niederbronn-Reichshoffen and Oberbronn and on channel 98 of the Vialis Box, and it streams live on the internet. In February 2026 the team announced that the channel would cease broadcasting at the end of 2026, after twenty-six years on air – making this final season a farewell tour for a true voice of the Northern Vosges.
