Sheffield Live TV online television

Sheffield Live TV is an independent local television channel from Sheffield, England, run as a community media project and devoted to the life of one of Britain's most distinctive cities. The station grew out of a local radio service that had been broadcasting on FM since 2007, and the television side went on air on 23 September 2014 under an Ofcom local television licence, originally broadcasting every night on the local digital platform. On this page you can Watch Live this United Kingdom Live Stream and enjoy TV Online at any hour, completely free and without registration.

True to its slogan "Made in Sheffield, Made by You", the channel is produced by and for local people. Its output over the years has included Sheffield Live! News with stories from across South Yorkshire, the current affairs discussion Talking Sheffield, and the long-running music programme The Bassment, alongside the listings guide What's On, the walking series Walks Around Britain, football debate in After the Bell, multicultural shows like Sabrang and the regional magazine Up North. Many presenters are volunteers and first-time broadcasters trained by the station, which gives the schedule a freshness that big network television rarely offers.

Although the local terrestrial licence passed to That's TV in 2025, Sheffield Live TV carries on online, and this page is the easiest way to keep watching: you can stream online from any device and never miss the news or the evening music shows, and anyone missing South Yorkshire can Watch TV Online Free here whenever they want. Tune in to this Live Stream and stay close to the people, the music and the stories of the Steel City, wherever in the world you may be.
