SerTão TV is a Brazilian regional television channel based in Quixeramobim, in the Sertão Central region of the state of Ceará, Brazil. The primary language of broadcasting is Portuguese. The channel was founded on January 13, 2020, by the Sistema Maior de Comunicação (SMC), a media group that also operates radio stations Canudos FM 106.7 and Campo Maior AM 840. The channel broadcasts on cable channel 180 via Brisanet HDTV and is also available online. Its slogan is "Feita para você" (Made for you). The channel's director is Sérgio Machado.
On air, SerTão TV features a mix of locally produced entertainment, journalism, documentary, and sports programming. The channel produces more than four hours of live programming daily, from Monday to Friday. Original programs produced by the channel include: Sertão Conta Mais, a program hosted by Augusto Alves; Ponto de Vista, Registros do Sertão, Torrão Nordestino, Hora Jovem, Ceará em Pauta, and Viva Bem. The channel has produced documentary film projects, including the Puxa o Fole film series, which has received recognition and awards.
