Mestská televízia Ružomberok (MTR) is a local cable television channel based in Ružomberok, Slovakia. The channel has been broadcasting continuously for nearly 20 years, officially launching on February 12, 2007. Until December 31, 2024, it was part of the municipal company Kultúrny dom Andreja Hlinku, a.s. (KDAH). As of January 1, 2025, MTR became part of the contributory organization Kultúrny dom Ružomberok, with its technical workplace, studio, and editorial offices located on the 3rd floor of the KDAH building. As a dedicated source for online television, MTR is a member of the Association of Local and Regional Televisions of Slovakia.
