Currently, the channel serves as a secondary channel to its sister station, Canal 21, and simulcasts programs from Radio Fuego 107.7 FM .
Megavisión Canal 19 strives to provide a mix of serious journalism, sports analysis, and syndicated entertainment for the Salvadoran family. The mission of the channel is to inform with a "green conscience" and to offer accessible content that reflects the cultural and informational needs of El Salvador .
