La 1 Canarias live stream

La 1 Canarias online television

La 1 Canarias is the Canary Islands edition of La 1, the flagship channel of Televisión Española, carrying the full national schedule to the archipelago with its own windows for island programming. Broadcasting on Canary time — one hour behind the mainland — it is the daily television companion of the islands, from Tenerife and Gran Canaria to La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.

Alongside the national lineup — the Telediario, the great entertainment shows and drama of La 1 — the channel opens its own regional windows, led by Telecanarias, the news programme produced by the TVE centre in the islands, with the stories that matter to Canarian viewers: politics of the archipelago, the sea, the weather and the life of the municipalities. Regional magazines and special broadcasts cover the carnivals, the fiestas and the traditions that make each island distinct, from the Carnival of Santa Cruz to the Bajada de la Virgen.

For Canarians at home and for the many islanders living on the mainland or abroad, La 1 Canarias keeps the archipelago close.
