ILTV live stream

ILTV online television

ILTV is the television of the Hénin-Carvin agglomeration: the local channel of the old mining basin of Pas-de-Calais, broadcasting from Oignies in the heart of the former coal country of Hauts-de-France. Run as a public service of the agglomeration itself, it is television at the scale where it matters most — the scale of the town hall, the sports club, the school fête and the street you actually live on.

The grid is built from magazines the locals know by name: On vous en parle, the news magazine that opens the region's stories to its people, Agglo & Vous on the life of the agglomeration's institutions, and Sport Express for the clubs and the weekend results. Around them sit culture shows, music sessions, archive evenings and the special editions that mark the basin's calendar of festivals and commemorations. It is the kind of schedule only a local newsroom can keep: council meetings, village fêtes, school concerts and the Saturday match, all treated as front-page news.

Local television like this belongs to everyone within the broadcast's reach. Anyone can Watch Live over the internet and stream online from a phone, tablet or computer, free and without registration, so it is easy to Watch TV Online Free whether you are in Hénin-Beaumont or far from the North. Open the France Live Stream and the television of the mining basin is already on this TV Online service, close to home in every sense.
