ACTV online television
ACTV is the television channel of Antenne Centre, the local broadcaster for the Centre region of Hainaut in Wallonia, Belgium, based in La Louvière. Its coverage takes in ten municipalities, among them Binche, Manage, Morlanwelz and Soignies, and the signal is carried on cable channels ten, eleven and thirteen. Like other French-speaking local broadcasters it works under the supervision of the Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel and runs an in-house newsroom with a director general, an editor in chief and around fifteen journalists divided between general news, culture and sport.
The grid is built around the daily news magazine Le 18/Dix Huit, a late bulletin Le 22H30 and the current affairs strand Info Magazine. Sport has its own block under the C Sport banner, split into football, the match of the day and a multisports edition, while debate formats include Face à Face, Forum and L'Invité, the last also produced in a signed version for deaf viewers. Regional identity runs through the schedule: dedicated coverage goes to the Carnaval de Binche and the carnival of La Louvière, to the Tremplin Ronquières music competition and to strands on local life, health and heritage, with a catch-up service that keeps programmes available after air.
Viewers outside the cable footprint can Watch Live through the station's own feed, which carries the same output that goes to air on those three channels. The signal runs from a browser or a connected television without a subscription, and the on-demand section lets a viewer return to a bulletin or magazine after transmission. Follow the Belgium live stream of regional broadcasting out of La Louvière, keep the channel open as TV online for local news and sport, and Watch TV Online Free, or stream online whenever a council debate, a football match or a carnival broadcast is on the grid.
