AccuWeather Now is a United States 24-hour weather channel that opened in July 2021 as a companion over-the-top service built largely around viral video and shared social content. It is operated by AccuWeather, Inc., the private forecasting company founded in 1962 by Joel N. Myers and headquartered in Ferguson Township near State College, Pennsylvania, where the studio and master control sit. The company employs several hundred people, more than 100 of them operational meteorologists, and also runs The AccuWeather Network and The Local AccuWeather Channel.

The schedule is continuous weather coverage: local forecasts, national summaries, severe weather alerts, tropical storm and hurricane tracking, long-range outlooks and the viral weather footage that sets this channel apart. Between bulletins run segments on climate, air quality and the Pollen Index allergy outlook. Forecasts carry the proprietary RealFeel temperature, a patented apparent-temperature measure. The on-air team is led by Chief Meteorologist Jonathan Porter, and output comes from the company Forecast Engine, which combines artificial intelligence, 250 patents and inputs from some 190 sources.

The company began in 1962 selling winter forecasts to highway departments, utilities and ski resorts, moved to year-round forecasting in 1971 and introduced the industry first seven-day local forecast for television in 1975. The Local AccuWeather Channel arrived in 2005 as a digital subchannel, and The AccuWeather Network followed in 2015 as a round-the-clock national weather service.
