AccessVision Channel 16 is the United States public-access television channel of Battle Creek, Michigan, a city of 52,721 residents in Calhoun County. It is one of two channels, 16 and 17, run by AccessVision, the community access media center for Greater Battle Creek, based at 70 West Michigan Ave., suite 112. AccessVision is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit overseen by a board appointed by each participating municipality, and it serves the area through commercial-free access.

Everything on air is made locally. The schedule carries government meetings from the participating communities, high school sports, community programs and an on-demand archive of past episodes. Original series include BeScene On Camera and Face to Face with Dave Eddy, and residents are invited in: the center lends facilities and equipment on request, runs workshops in camera work, editing and podcasting, and records sessions for groups by arrangement. Its stated principles are free speech, content neutrality, localism and tolerance of diverse opinions, and the volunteer-based service lets individuals and organizations exercise First Amendment rights without paying for commercial airtime.

The money behind the channel comes from a 1987 franchise agreement with WestMarc Cable: the participating municipalities keep half the fee and the other half is earmarked for AccessVision, topped up by grants and donations, with no tax dollars used. The city it covers is the "Cereal City", home of WK Kellogg Co and the founding city of Post Consumer Brands, governed by a commission and a manager.
