Access Sacramento Channel 17 is the United States public-access television channel of Sacramento, California, the state capital at the meeting point of the Sacramento and American rivers. It is one of two channels run by Access Sacramento, a nonprofit community media center serving Sacramento County from the Coloma Community Center at 4623 T Street. Funding comes from community donations with major contributions from the Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Television Commission and the California Endowment, and the channel goes out on the local cable lineup alongside Channel 18.

The schedule is built from programs made by residents rather than by a network. Anyone in Sacramento County can take the center's classes and workshops in podcasting, video production, editing, studio work and filmmaking, borrow from the equipment library, reserve a studio or hire a crew, then bring the finished show to air.
