Dunya Naw TV is an Afghan general-interest television channel whose name means New World in Dari. It broadcasts mainly in Dari and Pashto, the two principal languages of the country, and it is listed in the public catalogue of internet channels under the record for Afghanistan in the general category. The channel keeps no elaborate web presence, so the live broadcast feed is the main way viewers reach its programmes.

The feed is served from the playout infrastructure of Wide Network Solutions, a broadcast and connectivity company whose services include satellite uplink through teleports around the world, a large fleet of satellite news gathering vehicles, playout run in partnership with Playbox, fiber optic transmission, webcasting and voice over internet telephony. The channel is also free to air in high definition on the TurkmenAlem MonacoSat satellite at 52 degrees East, whose beam covers Afghanistan and its neighbours. The schedule mixes social affairs reporting such as Band Kijar and Band Gilak with religious videos, news and information programmes and special shows prepared for Eid.

The channel sits inside a national television landscape where broadcasting is regulated by the ministry of information and culture and where dozens of local channels operate alongside the state broadcaster, most of them programming in Dari and Pashto.
