DTV Den Bosch live stream

DTV Den Bosch online television

DTV Den Bosch is the local public broadcaster of 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands, the city usually called Den Bosch, capital of the province of Noord-Brabant. It is one of the three television channels of DTV Nieuws, a cooperation of three local public broadcasters covering Oss, Bernheze, 's-Hertogenbosch and Maashorst, with a separate editorial team per region and one shared radio channel.

The station succeeded a previous local broadcaster that was dissolved after its entire board resigned; that organisation had been formed when two municipal broadcasters merged after the fusion of Rosmalen and 's-Hertogenbosch, ran radio, television and a cable newspaper, went bankrupt, and was continued by a foundation that took over its equipment and broadcast licence. The cooperation receives municipal subsidies from the towns it serves, an example of how local broadcasting in the Netherlands is financed.

The channel is distributed on cable and by internet television providers, and the shared radio channel broadcasts on several frequencies for the different towns, so news and stories from the region reach viewers and listeners wherever they are.
