Drita TV online television

Drita TV is a Swiss television channel broadcasting in the Albanian language in a general entertainment format. It is based in Zurich and was founded by the Drita Media Group, a Swiss-Albanian media company, and its output is built for the Albanian community in Switzerland and across Europe. The word Drita means light in Albanian and also serves as a female given name, and that is the sense the station gives to its own title.

On air the channel mixes news bulletins, entertainment shows, films, cultural segments and sport. Its video archive carries a daily information edition titled Edicion Informativ, weather forecasts published each evening separately for Albania and for Kosovo, and running coverage of regional politics, so the community keeps one eye on the Balkans and one on life in Switzerland. The editorial line treats viewers as part of a single Albanian-speaking space that stretches from Zurich to Tirana and Pristina.

The same house also runs Drita Radio, whose audio-only feed is separate from the television signal, so the brand speaks to its audience on screen and on the go. Online viewing is free and needs no registration, and this TV Online page carries the signal at any hour. Watch Live Drita TV with the family, use this page to Watch TV Online Free from any browser, or stream online in Albanian from Zurich or from abroad; the Switzerland Live Stream keeps the channel on screen.
