DMF (formerly known as Deutsches Musik Fernsehen) is a German free-to-air television channel operating in the entertainment format. The primary language of broadcasting is German. The channel was launched on February 15, 2007, under the name Volksmusik.TV, focusing originally on folk music. It was renamed Deutsches Musik Fernsehen on February 1, 2011, and rebranded to its current name, DMF, on June 3, 2024. The channel is owned by Deutsches Musik Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG, based in Berlin, with Marko Wünsch serving as managing director. The channel is part of the Berliner Fernseh Gruppe portfolio. DMF is a private, commercial broadcaster targeting the 30+ demographic.

On air, DMF originally focused on Schlager, pop-Schlager, and folk music with music videos and shows. As of 2024, the programming has shifted significantly. The daytime schedule now heavily features older German films and movies. The nighttime schedule (after 11:00 PM) is dedicated to older erotic films and erotic comedy series, such as the series Sexy Girls Nonstop and films like Schulmädchen-Report and Liebesgrüße aus der Lederhose. Teleshopping blocks also air regularly. The channel has a high proportion of its own productions and previously aired programs such as Unvergessene Legenden (Unforgettable Legends).

DMF is available throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland via satellite on Astra 19.2°E and on major cable networks such as Vodafone and PŸUR. The channel broadcasts in standard definition (SD) and in high definition (HD) as DMF HD via the HD+ platform, Ocilion IPTV, and various streaming providers. The channel reaches approximately 25 million TV households.
