Bibel TV Musik live stream

Bibel TV Musik online television

Bibel TV Musik is the Christian music channel of the German broadcaster Bibel TV, streamed online around the clock in German. It belongs to the same charitable foundation in Hamburg that has run Bibel TV since 1 October 2002, financed mainly by viewer donations rather than by advertising, and it works as a digital companion to the main television channel and to the sermon channel Bibel TV Impuls. The feed is delivered over the internet, so it plays through the network website and through the Bibel TV apps on phones, tablets, smart TVs and HbbTV receivers, in full high definition.

The playlist covers the range the network describes for its music programming, from classical and chorale traditions to gospel and Christian pop, with worship songs, hymns, concert recordings and devotional interludes. Music sits alongside the wider Bibel TV schedule of talk shows, documentaries, church services and Christian films and series, most of them third party productions acquired by the foundation, with a small number of in-house formats such as the interview programme Bibel TV das Gespräch. Sixteen shareholders stand behind the group, among them the Norman Rentrop Foundation with a good half of the shares and the Protestant and the Catholic churches with 12.75 percent each; since February 2013 the managing director is Matthias Brender.

Access needs no subscription and no decoder: the channel runs in a browser, in the mobile app, in the Kids App and on connected TVs, and the network adds a free Mediathek, the online Bible Bibelthek, its own teletext and an electronic programme guide.
