WTVR CBS 6 live stream

CBS 6 Richmond VA online television

WTVR CBS 6 is the CBS station for Richmond, Virginia, and the first television channel in that city. The E.W. Scripps Company owns it, and the on-air name is CBS 6. Virtual channel 6.1 carries the network. A United States Live Stream lets viewers Watch Live the Richmond desk and the CBS schedule as TV Online.

Local news is branded CBS 6 News. Bill Fitzgerald anchors the evening desk, Julie Bragg anchors afternoon and late newscasts, and Tracy Sears anchors Sunday evening. The weekday lifestyle show Virginia This Morning is hosted by Amy Lacey and Bill Bevins, with meteorologist Tom Patton. Scott Wise hosts the food feature Eat It, Virginia, and the station also runs the community health feature Buddy Check 6. CBS prime time on the channel includes Tracker, Marshals, 60 Minutes, NCIS, Survivor, The Amazing Race, FBI, and Elsbeth. Viewers who Watch TV Online Free can follow that mix and stream online away from a set at home.

The call letters WTVR have stayed with channel 6 while the station moved through local ownership into the Scripps group. The newsroom still covers Richmond and the counties around it, with morning conversation, weather for central Virginia, and an evening report before the network dramas. That split, local desk first and CBS series after, is the shape of the channel today.
