Cable 14 Hamilton online television

Cable 14 is the community television channel licensed to Hamilton, Ontario, a local specialty service that has served the city for about fifty years. It is available to cable subscribers of Cogeco and Rogers across Hamilton and the Haldimand County communities of Dunnville, Caledonia, Hagersville, Jarvis and Cayuga. The channel's mandate is the city itself: its grid is built from Hamilton's own meetings, events, schools and neighborhoods.

The best-known public service is the live coverage of Hamilton City Council meetings, where residents can watch their councillors debate without a filter. Around the council sessions sit community programming: coverage of local festivals and charity events, profiles of Hamilton organizations, educational content and local sports. The channel gives airtime to community producers and school projects, keeping the schedule close to the level of the street. Its longevity has made it a fixture of the city's media landscape, the place where Hamilton watches its own public life.

Watch Live when the council meets or a community event is covered, because the Cable 14 Live Stream carries the same feed that Hamilton households receive on their cable.
