BTV Chattogram is the regional television station of the state broadcaster Bangladesh Television, branded on air as BTV Chittagong and sometimes simply as CTV. It transmits from Pahartali in Chattogram and serves the south-east of the country in Bengali and in Chittagonian, and it is the first - and still the only - regional station of the network.

The site began as a relay of the Dhaka station in the mid-1970s, and the regional station was inaugurated in the mid-1990s with financial and technical support from France, broadcasting a short daily slot inside a limited radius around the city. The schedule grew step by step over the years until it reached round-the-clock broadcasting on the station's silver jubilee. Distribution runs over terrestrial transmitters and over the national Bangabandhu-1 satellite, so the signal reaches far beyond its home region.

Programming is local in character: news, music, entertainment and talk shows such as Rupali Fitar Kotha, festival specials like Anandamela, one daily hour reserved for the Dhaka newsroom, and material made for the Indigenous peoples of the Chittagong Hill Tracts.
