Bolivia TV 7.2 is the second digital terrestrial signal of the public broadcaster of Bolivia, carried inside the multiplex of Bolivia TV and operated by the Empresa Estatal de Televisión from Avenida Camacho 1485, Edificio La Urbana, in La Paz. It went on air on 29 May 2012 as a mirror of the main channel under the name Bolivia TV HD, was relaunched in June 2014 as Bolivia TV +HD with cultural and sporting events around the clock, and on 20 November 2015 became Bolivia TV Deportes, slogan El canal de los deportes. In December 2019 it took the name it uses today.

The sporting years gave the signal its identity. Test transmissions began in April 2015 ahead of the Copa América, the formal start came on 21 December 2015, and the channel bought UEFA Champions League rights for three seasons. It carried the Juegos Estudiantiles Plurinacionales, motorcycling, cycling and road races in the main cities, the Juegos Suramericanos Cochabamba 2018, the Rally Dakar up to the 2018 running and the Copa América 2019 in the clear. The proposal came from the sports journalists Gonzalo and Aldo Cobo of Futbolmanía Bolivia. For four years, until 2018, it was the only digital high definition signal in Bolivia.

Watch Live in 1080i, downscaled to 16:9 480i for standard definition, on terrestrial channel 7.2, on COTEL, on Intelsat 34 and on the Túpac Katari TKSAT-1, plus Tigo, Comteco, Cotas, Coteor and Entel. Since 2 May 2020 a slot carries Bolivian short films under the title Hasta 30: Cortometrajes 100% Bolivianos, and the rest of the grid mirrors the main signal except BTV Noticias.
