Blu Radio is a Colombian general format broadcaster owned by Valorem and Caracol Televisión, headquartered in Bogotá and on air under the slogan Más que radio. It began test transmissions on 1 July 2012, after Caracol Televisión rented the frequency of Melodía FM Estéreo, a long running easy listening station of the Cadena Melodía in Bogotá, and while the studios were being fitted out the signal carried English language adult contemporary music and the live Noticias Caracol bulletin at seven in the evening. Official broadcasts opened on 6 September 2012 at six in the morning. In November 2016 the station acquired the Bogotá frequency 89.9 FM, the former HJCK, and since 23 October 2016 it transmits permanently on that dial position, with 96.9 given over to the sister station La Kalle.

The schedule is built around named hours. Mañanas Blu is the morning news programme directed by the journalist Néstor Morales, Meridiano Blu runs from Monday to Friday at one in the afternoon, Blog Deportivo is directed by Javier Hernández Bonnet at two, and Voz Populi takes the four o'clock slot. Sport is carried live from the stadiums, with coverage of the Liga BetPlay fixtures, and the network keeps a daily highlights archive.
