I checked the West Parade feed before a trip to Kingston and found it helpful for seeing the evening traffic, buses, and vendors in real time. The picture was occasionally a little soft during a slow connection, but it still gave me a better feel for downtown life than a static travel video.

Pretty easy to jump between channels, and the free stream started without any signup hassle. The EPG took a moment to load, but it was still useful.
