I checked the Chaweng webcam during a quiet weekday evening and it still gave a clear sense of the terrace, beach, and changing weather. It is handy when planning a Koh Samui stop from abroad, although the view feels less useful once the beach goes dark.

I would tune in for a live football match here - cold drink nearby, beach views in the background, and plenty of atmosphere when the game gets exciting.
