Watching the waterfront from abroad has become a quiet part of my evening, especially when the light starts fading around the pier. It is not as lively on slow evenings, but the picture has been reliable and gives a better sense of Millport than a quick cable weather report.

Anyone else watching for the next ferry coming into the pier?

I keep this webcam open when planning a Cumbrae day trip, especially to check the water around the pier before catching the ferry. The view from the Pier Hotel to Newton Bar is usually steady, though it can feel a little static on quiet evenings.
