I usually open this before the morning ferry from Friday Harbor, and the view of the docks helps me judge the weather and traffic from overseas. It stayed watchable on a slow evening, though the image softened briefly when several boats moved through.

The harbor view is crisp on my laptop and stays stable without buffering. HD takes a few seconds to kick in, but the picture remains clear afterward.
