I checked this feed from abroad before a rental car trip and it gave me a clearer picture than the brief traffic reports on cable. It is most useful on a slow evening, when the steady rhythm of headlights makes it easy to judge whether taking 741 is worth the detour.

I tune in during weekend movie marathons too; after a classic film, watching the intersection clear out is oddly relaxing.

I keep this feed bookmarked for a quick look before heading out. It is surprisingly calming when traffic is moving, but the backup can build fast after a minor incident.
