The live view gives the weather report a dramatic backdrop: low clouds, heavy mist, and boats still moving below. I would like a clearer timestamp, though, so it is easier to tell whether conditions are changing or just caught between updates.

The mist looks incredible today

I checked the Horseshoe Falls webcam before a trip to Canada and enjoyed seeing the mist, changing light, and Hornblower boats in real time. It is not much of a program on a quiet evening, but it gives a far better travel preview than a cable weather segment.
