The HD picture stays crisp and stable on my laptop, and buffering is rare even during busy evening viewing.

I leave this view running while working, especially on gray afternoons. The harbor and changing clouds make a calm backdrop without being too distracting.

I enjoy having this scenic channel on during weekend movie marathons, especially when a classic film is playing in the background.

I check this camera from abroad before planning a Hakodate trip, especially around sunset when the harbor lights begin to appear. The picture can soften on a slow evening, but the steady summit view is still more useful for weather and visibility than relying on a cable channel schedule.
