There is something wonderfully unhurried about watching the river, tents, and occasional activity here. I keep it open while working when I need a quick mental escape.

I checked the webcam from abroad during one of the evening theatre sessions, and the view of the tents and river gave a lovely sense of the place. It is not a substitute for a full travel documentary, but the stream stayed watchable on a slower connection.

I checked the webcam from abroad during an evening theatre performance, and it was a lovely glimpse of the tents, bar and river setting. The picture held up well on a slow hotel connection, although the darker scenes were a little hard to follow.

The live picture is crisp and stable on my laptop, with clear sound and hardly any buffering even when the evening activity gets busy.
