I check this webcam around sunset when planning a Venice trip, and the view from Hotel San Cassiano makes the Grand Canal feel surprisingly close. The picture can stutter on a slow evening, but seeing the lights come on and boats pass is still more relaxing than cable TV.

I keep this stream on while I work - the slow boat traffic and timeless buildings make even a busy afternoon feel calmer.

Finding this channel was easy, and I like that the stream plays without a signup. The EPG took a little while to load on my phone, but it was fine after that.

I love watching the gondolas and vaporettos drift past while the old Venetian buildings glow in the changing light. It makes a peaceful background stream for slow afternoons.
