I tuned in during breakfast for the live orbit view and stayed through a full pass over the oceans. The changing cloud patterns are more relaxing than most morning shows.

I like leaving the ISS view on during quiet Sunday evenings, especially when the terminator line creeps across the Earth and city lights appear. It is more calming than cable news, though the occasional black screen makes the stream feel a little unreliable from abroad.

Not a movie channel, of course, but I would enjoy a weekend marathon of classic space films between the live Earth views.

The view is sharp and stable on my TV, with barely any buffering; HD loads quickly and the live picture stays wonderfully clear.
