The mayoral debate was refreshingly direct, although the candidates still dodged the question about rising rents. At least the local business headlines gave viewers some actual figures to consider.

The tourism segments are my favorite, especially when they show quieter trails and smaller local events around the Tatras. They make a good break from the usual national TV coverage.

A Sunday evening documentary on High Tatras trails had more local detail than similar cable features, especially the short interviews with hikers. The stream paused once on a slow hotel Wi-Fi connection, but recovered without needing a reload.
