After midnight, I sometimes leave PONTV on for the local programs and familiar voices. The stream has dropped a couple of times late at night, but it usually reconnects quickly.

The morning headlines are strongest when they stay close to Pontianak, but the weather reports feel too brief during heavy rain season. A few more details on flooded roads would be genuinely helpful for commuters.

I caught the evening cultural program last Tuesday and enjoyed the segment on Pontianak food traditions more than I expected. The stream stayed watchable on a slow connection abroad, though the picture briefly softened during the closing interview.

Caught the local sports roundup tonight and enjoyed the focus on school teams and community matches. The interview segment ran a little long, but the coverage felt more personal than national sports news.

The weekend movie reruns are a nice surprise, especially when they include classic Indonesian films I have not seen since I was a kid.
