The late cultural program was a welcome change while I watched from Germany, especially the interviews with local artists. The picture stayed steady on a busy evening and felt more dependable than cable, although the occasional audio delay was distracting.

Watching the Sunday culture segment from abroad gave me a useful look at local artists and events I would otherwise miss. The stream held up well on a slow evening, although the picture dipped briefly, and it remains more convenient than arranging Albanian cable while travelling.
