I like checking this camera from abroad when I miss the rhythm of American rail travel, especially around the evening Amtrak window. On a slow night there may be long gaps, but hearing a freight roll through the Folkston Funnel still feels more authentic than most travel documentaries.

I tuned in during lunch and caught two long CSX freights rolling through. The steady movement and occasional horn made this a more entertaining break than expected.

I caught the Silver Meteor passing through during a quiet evening, and the live view made a surprisingly relaxing break from regular TV. The picture was steady enough to follow the freight traffic, though the long gaps may test your patience if you want nonstop action.
