DREAMWORKS
France
DREAMWORKS is a French television channel that focuses on animated feature films and series produced by the DreamWorks Animation studio. Its programming consists primarily of theatrical releases such as the Shrek, Madagascar, and How to Train Your Dragon franchises, alongside television spin-offs and short films. The channel also broadcasts a selection of third-party animated movies aimed at children and families. Content is scheduled in French, with original language versions sometimes available via secondary audio tracks. The lineup is structured around weekday morning and afternoon blocks for younger viewers, while evening and weekend slots often feature more recent theatrical titles or themed marathons.
Viewers in France can access the channel through major cable, satellite, and IPTV providers, typically as part of a thematic package. A catch-up service is available on the channel’s website, where selected films and episodes can be streamed for a limited time after their television broadcast. The channel also publishes a weekly TV guide on its site, listing upcoming premieres and special programming events. No live streaming option is currently offered outside of the on-demand platform.
