Sport 8 - myTeamTV
Germany
Sport 8 - myTeamTV focuses on regional and niche sports coverage within Germany, with an emphasis on team-based competitions that often receive less attention from larger broadcasters. The channel’s programming leans heavily toward live and recorded matches from lower-division football leagues, handball, volleyball, and basketball, alongside amateur and youth tournaments. Occasional magazine-style segments break down game tactics, player interviews, and behind-the-scenes training footage. Music and entertainment content appear sparingly, usually as filler between live events rather than as standalone shows. The editorial tone stays straightforward and match-oriented, avoiding dramatic commentary in favor of play-by-play analysis.
Viewers can access the channel through standard cable and satellite subscriptions across Germany, with select live streams available on the myTeamTV online platform. TV guide listings typically update weekly to reflect last-minute fixture changes, and repeat broadcasts of key matches air during late-night or early-morning slots. The schedule does not include news bulletins or documentary series, sticking instead to a rotation of game coverage and short pre-match previews. No shopping or religious programming appears in the current lineup.
