ASPiRE HD, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde yayına başlamış olup, Afrikalı Amerikalı perspektifleri ve yaşam tarzı içeriklerine odaklanan bir kanaldır. Programları ağırlıklı olarak kültürü, girişimciliği ve topluluk hikayelerini öne çıkaran özgün diziler, belgeseller ve talk showlardan oluşur. Yayın akışında ayrıca müzik ve eğlence özel programları ile farklı tür ve dönemleri yansıtan filmler de yer alır. Kanal geleneksel anlamda haber veya spor yayını yapmaz, ancak bazı inanç temelli ve ilham verici bölümlere yer verir. Yayınların büyük kısmı, tarihsel anlatılardan günümüz başarılarına kadar Siyah yaşamına geniş bir perspektif sunmayı amaçlar.
