Cinema One, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde faaliyet gösteren, ağırlıklı olarak sinema filmleri ve kütüphane yapımlarından oluşan bir film kanalıdır. Yayın akışı büyük ölçüde dram, aksiyon, komedi ve gerilim gibi türlerdeki uzun metrajlı filmlere dayanır; ara sıra belgesel ve bağımsız sinema seçkilerine de yer verir.
