Horse TV, Portekiz'de yayın yapan ve tamamen binicilik içeriklerine odaklanmış bir televizyon kanalıdır. Program akışında engel atlama, dressage ve üç günlük yarışma gibi müsabakaların yanı sıra at yetiştiriciliği, eğitim teknikleri ve veteriner bakımı üzerine belgeseller yer alır. Kanal ayrıca uluslararası yarışmaları ve Portekiz'deki binicilik geleneklerine dair kültürel bölümleri de yayınlar; örneğin Lusitano atının boğa güreşindeki rolü ve klasik binicilik okulları gibi.
