DUCK TV HD, Türkiye'de çocuk eğlencesi ve animasyon içeriklerine odaklanarak yayın yapmaktadır. Kanalın program akışı, gündüz saatlerinde genellikle küçük yaş grubuna hitap eden çizgi filmler ve okul öncesi dizileri üzerine kuruludur. Bazı kuşaklarda yerli yapımların yanı sıra seslendirilmiş veya altyazılı yabancı animasyonlara da yer verilebilmektedir. Programlar arasında ara sıra müzik ve basit eğitici bölümler gösterilse de temel yayın akışı animasyon hikaye anlatımına odaklanmıştır.
