Santa Claus' wife goes to New York to perform a Christmas miracle and give her husband fresh inspiration. She befriends a cop who is in the midst of a divorce and offers to become a nanny to his kids.

Two schools are merged, and rivalries develop between students and staff. The music teachers from the two schools try to compete to keep their own job, but they soon start to develop feelings for one another.
